Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Build and maintain custom applications and Service Portal widgets or pages.
• Integrate third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proficiency in client/server-side scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Incident Management modules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ITSM Implementation Specialist certification.
• Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, or CI/CD pipelines.
