Description

You will design, develop, and customize the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from configuration to integration and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations using IntegrationHub and Import Sets.
• Implement ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and manage upgrades and patching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and GlideRecord scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog configuration.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of CMDB fundamentals, ACLs, Security Rules, and Update Sets.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Git or other source control systems.
