Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom and scoped applications in ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain Service Portal components.
• Execute integrations involving Generative AI capabilities.
• Apply software engineering best practices across the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of IT experience.
• ServiceNow application development (custom and scoped).
• Service Portal development.
• Generative AI integration experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of software engineering techniques and SDLC.
• Experience with Office 365.
