Description

You will design and develop ServiceNow applications to meet specific business process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow instance, including managing groups, CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
• Configure workflows directly within the ServiceNow platform.
• Resolve ad hoc technical challenges and perform break-fix tasks.
• Manage platform release cycles and version upgrades.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST and SOAP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM and custom development.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL support processes, including Service Design, Transition, and Operation.
• ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals certification.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM, GRC, or ITAM.
