Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across Platform, ITSM, and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality configurations and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for ServiceNow development, focusing on code quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining system stability.
  • Participate in release planning, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
  • Expertise in Javascript for scripting, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB configuration.
  • Experience building and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP.
  • Understanding of ITOM components like Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as MID Server.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
