You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across Platform, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality configurations and customizations.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for ServiceNow development, focusing on code quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining system stability.
- Participate in release planning, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
- Expertise in Javascript for scripting, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB configuration.
- Experience building and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Understanding of ITOM components like Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MID Server.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
