Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Design and implement workflows, flows, and automation using Flow Designer and Workflows
- Build and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Authentication, and Scripted REST APIs
- Work with IntegrationHub for seamless third-party system integrations
- Configure and troubleshoot MID Server automation and connectivity issues
- Implement and support ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB management
- Develop and maintain ACLs (Access Control Rules) and ensure platform security best practices
- Perform unit testing and automated testing using ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and release activities
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system stability and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions
Experience Required:
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Workflows, and ServiceNow Flows
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow data model
- Experience with ACLs, platform architecture, and ATF
- Exposure to upgrade planning and execution activities
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
