Description

Own the design, development, and administration of ServiceNow modules including HAM, SAM, and ITSM. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, configure workflows, and manage platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions for HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
• Configure applications, workflows, and UI policies following platform best practices.
• Support integrations with other ITSM and ITOM tools using REST/SOAP.
• Perform system administration, upgrades, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop documentation and provide training to end-users and administrators.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Hands-on expertise in HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Jelly.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, workflows, and UI policies.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and IT asset management concepts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with CMDB management and software license models.
