Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Implement ServiceNow modules including CSM, GRC, IRM, ITAM, SecOps, and FSM.
• Configure forms, business rules, scripts, and automation workflows.
• Build integrations with external systems and support data management.
• Configure ITSM, governance, risk, security, and asset management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Maintain ServiceNow platform enhancements and improvements.

Experience Required:

• 5-15 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: CSM, GRC, IRM, ITAM, SecOps, or FSM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow data models and configuration.
• CMDB experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
