Description

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, from scoping and design through to technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery, including scoping, design, and technical implementation.
• Implement standard CSM processes and manage complex integrations.
• Manage and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with CSM process implementation.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and CSM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, SOAP, email, and MID Server.
• Understanding of Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA), and Continual Improvement Management.
• Strong business communication skills and command of English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using UI Builder and Playbook.
