Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications to support business processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow instance, managing groups, CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
• Design and configure workflows directly within the platform to meet specific requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage platform release cycles, version upgrades, and resolve ad hoc technical challenges.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL support processes including Service Design, Transition, and Operation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM and custom development.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL support processes.
• ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM, GRC, or ITAM.
