You will develop, integrate, and customize ServiceNow applications to automate processes and improve system efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and Service Portal interfaces.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external IT systems and tools.
• Configure Performance Analytics and reporting modules.
• Write and maintain scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
• Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Service Portal development and customization.
• Experience configuring Performance Analytics.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party IT tools.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
