Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Perform system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support platform upgrades and conduct root cause analysis to optimize stability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST API integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Ability to document technical designs, solutions, and processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
