Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM modules and system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Customize and develop solutions across ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Create and modify Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Develop and implement custom APIs, handling REST integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Customize the Service Portal and design catalog items based on business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive experience with ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in Glide APIs and server-side scripting.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal customization.
