Description

You will design, code, and deliver solutions within the ServiceNow platform, translating functional requirements into system specifications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and code complex programs based on technical specifications.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements.
• Develop test cases and scenarios to validate solution quality.
• Apply architectural design principles and performance engineering fundamentals.
• Manage administration tasks and ensure adherence to quality processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform administration tasks.
• Understanding of project domain concepts and latest technology trends.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, BCA, or MTech degree.
• Experience with performance engineering and quality assurance processes.
