Description

You will build, maintain, and integrate ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret business requirements from partners to define solution scope.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions adhering to platform best practices.
• Create and maintain solution architecture, technical design documents, and process workflows.
• Develop custom logic using Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Build ServiceNow portals using AngularJS and integrate external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Experience building portals with AngularJS.
• Experience with web service integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
