Description

You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Data Policies.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Perform routine monitoring, performance tuning, and health checks to ensure platform stability.
• Manage data imports and exports, ensuring CMDB accuracy via Transform Maps.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, investigate bugs, and coordinate high-level technical resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Modules.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript for platform customization.
• Familiarity with LDAP and SSO integrations.
• Experience integrating third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to create and manage Service Catalog items.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
