Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on HRSD modules and integrations with third-party HR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, case management, and the employee service center.
• Develop integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM using REST/SOAP.
• Translate HR stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain configuration documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with QA and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• 4–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and CMDB.
• Experience with HR case management and employee workflow automation.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-HR).
• Experience with Oracle HCM or enterprise-scale implementations.
