Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and Workday using IntegrationHub and custom APIs.
• Configure data flows and ensure data integrity between systems.
• Develop custom scripts and workflows within ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.

Experience:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on HRSD.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting and Glide API.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP web services.
• Deep knowledge of HRSD functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
