Description

Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support large-scale telecommunications service management implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop service catalogs by creating new items, designing workflows, and building execution plans.
• Implement workflows within Service Applications and administer tools using JavaScript.
• Manage system configurations, gather user requirements, and perform third-party integrations.
• Conduct quality assurance, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and root cause analysis for escalated issues.
• Participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies, including Program Increment planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT professional experience, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including both Client-Side and Server-Side scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog, ServiceNow Studio, and Transformation Maps.
• Technical knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration, including reporting, email notifications, and form personalization.
• Competency in SQL and Client/Server APIs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL V3 frameworks.
• Ability to accurately estimate level of effort and duration for development tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools and driving their use within the platform.
