Description

You will own technical development within the ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications following ITIL framework principles.
• Implement technical solutions for ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Write and optimize scripts to extend platform functionality.
• Manage data integrity and backend logic using SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong proficiency in Java or C# scripting.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Experience writing and managing SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of C programming.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
