Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define scalable ServiceNow solution architectures aligned with enterprise IT service management objectives.
• Translate business and process requirements into practical platform designs while maximizing out-of-box capabilities.
• Establish architectural standards, design guardrails, and governance practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Review proposed solutions, data models, integrations, and customizations for maintainability and long-term supportability.
• Advise executives, process owners, and delivery teams on ServiceNow strategy, platform capabilities, and implementation trade-offs.

Skills Required:

• 12 - 18 years of relevant experience, including substantial ServiceNow architecture and IT service management experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management principles, processes, and service-oriented data models.
• Ability to design scalable, supportable solutions aligned with standard ServiceNow capabilities.
• Experience providing architectural direction, reviewing technical designs, and guiding ServiceNow development teams.

Education:

• Any graduation degree; relevant backgrounds in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related disciplines are acceptable
