Description

You will own ServiceNow development for ITOM and CMDB integrations within the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate external data sources into the CMDB to ensure data cohesion.
• Manipulate the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to maintain data integrity.
• Design and implement solutions based on ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including GDPR, PCI DSS, and SOX.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in ITOM and the ServiceNow CMDB data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and MID Server integration.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
• Strong knowledge of banking industry regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
