Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and Incident Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop client-side and server-side logic using JavaScript.
• Implement data integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and Glide API.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Jelly.
• Manage ITSM processes, specifically Incident Management workflows.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio and core ServiceNow Modules.
• Strong JavaScript skills for both client-side and server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with REST API, Webhooks, and Glide API.
• Knowledge of Transform Maps and Data Import processes.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and API Key authentication.
• Competency in HTML and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jelly UI framework.
• Knowledge of ITSM best practices.
