You will develop and manage enterprise solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Service Catalog solutions and implementations.
• Administer and maintain the CMDB to ensure data integrity.
• Configure and support Change, Incident, and Problem management modules.
• Execute integrations using web services and data imports.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in CMDB management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AJAX.
• Experience with Web Services and data integration.
• Hands-on management of Service Catalog solutions.
• Proven experience with Change, Incident, and Problem modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Discovery using SNMP, WMI, PowerShell, or Azure cloud discovery.
• Development and deployment of Service Portal based solutions.
