Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows across multiple enterprise modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, forms, business rules, and automation workflows.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including CSM, GRC, IRM, ITAM, SecOps, and FSM.
• Build integrations with external systems and manage data models and CMDB configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform testing, and support deployments.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver continuous enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one core module: CSM, GRC, IRM, ITAM, SecOps, or FSM.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, governance, risk, and asset management frameworks.
• Experience with CMDB data models and configuration management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.E.) or equivalent.
