You will develop and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business requirements within large-scale environments.
Responsibilities
Develop integrations using point-to-point interfaces, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and file-based transfers.
Configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM and at least one additional area such as ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, DevOps, Service Portal, or Custom Applications.
Participate in user story grooming, design sessions, and technical architecture reviews.
Build, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions across sub-production and production environments.
Create technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation, and release notes.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large, complex environments.
Advanced ServiceNow technical skills: UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Architecture, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update sets.
Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
Experience with data conversion, migration, and technology implementation.
Knowledge of middleware integrations such as TIBCO, Kafka, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
Experience with Agile development and software development support tools like Jira or Rally.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to technical architecture.
