Key Responsibilities

• Perform bug fixes and improvements related to API payload validation, error handling, and data integrity for inbound data from the CN ECM (Local) system.

• Execute and validate the bulk historical data load from Global ServiceNow to the CN ECM (Local) system.

• Support data reconciliation and field-level verification after data load completion.

• Address UAT defects as they arise during the testing cycle.

• Support minor enhancements post go-live, if required.

• Work independently on development, troubleshooting, testing, and API integration activities.

• Proactively engage with project stakeholders and take ownership of assigned issues through resolution. Required Skills ServiceNow
