Description

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for IT Operations Management and Application Portfolio Management, owning ITSM module configurations and system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, and IT Asset Management.
• Configure and manage ITOM components such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Build and maintain scripts and workflows using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Customize the ServiceNow interface using UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS.
• Execute system integrations using web services and manage SSO-SAML setups.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
• Expertise in Application Portfolio Management (APM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB.
• Proficiency in client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping/Dependency Mapping.
• Technical proficiency in XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM).
• Certified Application Developer or Certified SPM.
