Description

You will own the development and integration of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on API integrations, data integrity, and bug resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform bug fixes and improvements for API payload validation, error handling, and data integrity.
• Execute and validate bulk historical data loads from Global ServiceNow to the CN ECM system.
• Support data reconciliation and field-level verification after data load completion.
• Address UAT defects and support minor enhancements post go-live.
• Work independently on development, troubleshooting, and API integration activities.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Case Management and Integrations.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, payload validation, and error handling.
• Experience with data management, including reconciliation and field-level verification.
• Ability to handle bulk historical data loads.
• Competence in Java programming.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, test, and resolve UAT defects.
• Experience working independently and engaging with stakeholders.
