Description

You will design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions across ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB.
• Build custom applications and configure reporting within the ServiceNow environment.
• Automate workflows and manage system integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices to maintain solution integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Workflow Automation concepts.
• Experience with custom application development.
• Familiarity with ITIL Processes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
