Description

You will implement ITSM solutions and develop custom ServiceNow applications within a Domain-separated instance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Create and configure Service Portal pages and widgets.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP-based integrations, and create scripted REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Manage MID Server installation and configuration, and implement LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Knowledge of authentication methods including OAuth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server.
• Ability to implement LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO integrations.
• Experience with Service Portal development and widget creation.
• Understanding of ITSM best practices and Domain-separated instance architecture.
