Description

You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance, BCM, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules to support policy, risk, and audit requirements.
• Automate risk assessments, compliance attestations, and issue management workflows.
• Map policies to control objectives to identify and mitigate operational and IT risks.
• Support internal and external audits by tracking evidence and managing remediation efforts.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor control frameworks and compliance status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and workflows.
• Practical experience with GRC frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Ability to map technical risks to business impacts and translate requirements into platform capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, GRC, IRM, and NIST.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.
