Description

You will develop and optimize service catalogue offerings and automation flows within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop new service catalogue offerings and associated flows using Flow Designer to migrate away from legacy workflows.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation to streamline existing workflows.
• Participate in the ServiceNow upgrade cycle, including testing via the Automated Test Framework.
• Design custom catalogue items in collaboration with business partners and product managers.
• Document technical and business test plans to ensure successful implementations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Experience configuring core modules: Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development processes.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting, Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer.
• ITIL Certification.
