Description

You will build and maintain features within the ServiceNow framework to improve user experience and system functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to develop new features and build components.
• Troubleshoot bugs and identify problem areas within the current framework.
• Implement technical solutions and develop ServiceNow processes that optimize user access and navigation.
• Collaborate with software engineers, quality engineers, product owners, and architects to deliver product experiences.
• Provide regular project status updates to supervisors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and various web technologies.
• Experience in testing and debugging software components.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet client standards.
• Degree in any graduate field.
