Description

You will develop and optimize ServiceNow service catalog offerings and automated flows for the Boston, MA team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new service catalog offerings and associated flows using Flow Designer to replace legacy workflows.
• Identify process inefficiencies to implement automation and streamline existing workflows.
• Participate in the ServiceNow upgrade cycle by executing testing via the Automated Test Framework.
• Design custom catalog items in collaboration with business partners and product managers.
• Maintain technical documentation and draft test plans for both technical and business audiences.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Configuration experience with Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Automated Test Framework, and UI Designer.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting, Flow Designer, and Workspaces.
