• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and analytics
• Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Documentation, training, and deployment experience

Responsibilities:

• Configure a dedicated Corporate Office ServiceNow workspace
• Develop request catalogs, ticket categories, and intake forms
• Configure workflows, approvals, routing rules, notifications, and escalations
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics
• Implement role-based security and access controls
• Develop documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
• Conduct testing, user training, and production deployment support
