Description

Manage and support multiple ServiceNow environments as part of the DevOps team.

You will maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and performance. Provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents and perform system maintenance to keep the platform healthy. Develop and support applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT roles.
• Proficiency with JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM processes.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Unix environments.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
