Description

You will build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Develop automated workflows to improve IT and business operations.
• Create custom service portal pages, widgets, and user interface components.
• Prepare test plans, execute unit tests, and ensure quality delivery.
• Partner with functional, administrative, and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of GlideRecord.
• Familiarity with SAMPro or other software asset management platforms.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience applying GenAI to automate or modernize manual processes or workflows.
