Description

You will develop and enhance ServiceNow modules to support core business processes and implement new GenAI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support and improve HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and ITSM functionalities.
• Implement new ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.
• Collaborate with the team to manage the Service Hub.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery).
• Proficiency in ITOM.
• Experience working with HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Degree in any field.
