Description

You will build and maintain system integrations within the ServiceNow platform using web-based technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage system integrations using web services.
• Implement solutions utilizing XML, HTML, AJAX, and CSS.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP web services.
• Handle HTTP protocols for service communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system integration.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• Hands-on experience with XML, HTML, AJAX, and CSS.
• Experience working with HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
• Proven track record using web-based technologies for integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Experience with CMDB.
• Background in the medical industry, Smartsheet, or web development.
