Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Write and document clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external programs or vendors.
• Perform code reviews and quality control checks for all update sets, projects, and upgrades.
• Manage platform components including user management, access control, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer or administrator.
• Direct experience configuring ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular.
• Experience with ITAM, Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and workflow automation.
• ServiceNow certification such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Degree in any graduate field.
