You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Write and document clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external programs or vendors.
Perform code reviews and quality control checks for all update sets, projects, and upgrades.
Manage platform components including user management, access control, and reporting.
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer or administrator.
Direct experience configuring ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular.
Experience with ITAM, Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and workflow automation.
ServiceNow certification such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
