Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM configurations for a banking client.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain configurations within the ServiceNow ITOM suite.
• Implement and manage Service Mapping processes.
• Support project deployment requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver immediate project needs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITOM suite.
• Direct experience with Service Mapping.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with financial institutions.
