Description

You will support and enhance an existing ServiceNow implementation for a State, Local, and Education client.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM support and ITOM Visibility implementation.
• Provide hands-on development and configuration across various ServiceNow modules.
• Support and optimize existing ITSM processes and workflows.
• Lead and support ITOM Visibility initiatives, including discovery and service mapping.
• Translate business and operational needs into simple, scalable ServiceNow solutions while advising stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise or public sector environments.
• Proven experience supporting ITSM implementations in ServiceNow.
• Experience implementing or supporting ITOM Visibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts for less experienced users and administrators.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative mindset.
• Experience working in staff augmentation or client-facing consulting roles.
