You will serve as a technical consultant for large-scale Specialty Software Engineering initiatives, focusing on complex planning and strategic solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Consult on high-impact engineering projects and long-term planning.
• Analyze multi-faceted engineering challenges involving unprecedented factors.
• Resolve complex situations by applying deep knowledge of functional policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel to deliver strategic technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically with the Service Catalog module using Utah version or higher.
• 3-5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, scripting, and application development.
• 2-3 years of experience in Integration and API development using REST and JSON.
• 2 years of experience with Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and processes.
• 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
