Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Customize forms, reports, business rules, and UI elements using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Develop and manage Configuration Items (CI) in the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and patches while providing technical support.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Expertise configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and understanding CSDM.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Proficiency with front-end technologies including Angular JS, HTML5, and React.js.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management).
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure integration patterns.
