Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow solutions focusing on VR, CMDB, and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ServiceNow solutions by collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop new modules, functionalities, customizations, integrations, and workflow automations.
  • Review existing ServiceNow architecture to recommend enhancements and improvements.
  • Work with developers and architects to deliver solutions on schedule.
  • Participate in code reviews, business process refinement, and problem analysis.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow VR, CMDB, and ITOM modules.
  • Proficiency in Flow, IH, EC, Discovery, and Workspaces.
  • Experience building inbound and outbound integrations using REST API.
  • Strong background in ServiceNow platform development and automation.
  • Ability to perform technical architecture reviews.
