Description

You will design, code, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, specifically for the Vulnerability Response product, within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all ServiceNow VR components.
• Lead complex, company-wide technology initiatives and act as the primary escalation point for technical challenges.
• Manage the full software lifecycle: design, coding, unit testing, documentation, and release management.
• Ensure all delivered solutions are secure, scalable, and comply with defined standards and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with platform engineering and production support teams to resolve escalated issues and manage L3 support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful or SOAP web services (2+ years).
• Proven track record in Agile environments (2+ years).
• Ability to develop workflows and scripts to automate business processes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms such as Qualys, Wiz, NVD, Blackduck, or Checkmarx.
• Strong understanding of web-based protocols and standards.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification and Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response.
• Micro-certifications in Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, or Integration Hub.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS or React.
