Description

You will develop and maintain platform functionality for the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) scrum team, resolving technical issues and collaborating with client personnel to meet engineering objectives.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and deliver moderately complex software engineering initiatives.
• Analyze engineering challenges to determine technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform functionality.
• Resolve technical issues while adhering to established policies and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with UI Builder and configurable workspaces.
• Experience implementing Assessments and surveys.
• Proficiency in Service Portal development.
• Experience building and managing integrations.
• CSA certification.
• Experience with GRC products.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the VRM or TPRM space.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in VRM or TPRM.
