Description

Lead the implementation and support of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module for the Cybersecurity group. You will configure, customize, and script solutions to ensure scalable enterprise security applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow VR solutions by configuring scripting and customizing all product components.
• Design, code, unit test, and document software deliverables aligned with scalable enterprise standards.
• Resolve technically challenging coding, testing, and escalated platform issues.
• Lead complex technology initiatives and act as an escalation point for less experienced staff.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with defined risk management requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of specialty software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow application development.
• 5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture.
• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
• ServiceNow Application Developer certification required within 6 months of hire.
