Description

You will design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions using Agile methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document ServiceNow applications.
• Evaluate user needs to define technical requirements and provide application consultation.
• Conduct research to resolve process problems and recommend technical improvements.
• Create test data and perform interface and unit testing to ensure software quality.
• Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met for all supported systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
• Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Agile development practices.
• Ability to provide technical support and consultation for complex software issues.
• Experience conducting unit tests and interface testing.
• Experience working with stakeholders to implement risk management initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
